Jan 27 32 It gets a bit mouldy so I want to waterproof it I can t decide if I should coat it in some form of tanking slurry vandex or just use a vapour sheet or maybe damp proof membrane I intend to put insulation on top either by dot and dab or by battenning the wall Can anyone say which is the best solution for keeping out the damp slurry or Sep 25 32 So we decided to fully tank the wall instead and used ka tanking slurry With returns on either side of the wall According to the builder he applied it correctly and he did remove all the original paint that was on the wall and then keyed it prior to applying the slurry
